 REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY

Rami Raw wants you to be pleased with your purchase. In the event our item does not meet your expectations, please notify us promptly to resolve any issues. Due to the nature of our business, we do not offer refunds but customer satisfaction is our top priority. After learning about your concerns, we are happy to make adjustments to your future meals.

All sales are final unless you received the wrong order.

REFUND/EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

Please be advised that to qualify for a refund, the item you received must be incorrect. Meaning, that the item you received is the wrong meal and was not what you originally purchased.

REFUNDS

Refunds are issued to the original method of payment. Rami Raw does not offer cash refunds for any reason. Please allow up to three (3) business days for funds to be credited back to the original account.
